Since September 2010, MVNO has been legalized in accordance with the government’s policy to ease the burden of home communication expenses, and is a project actively promoted by the government. Inscobee, along with its subsidiary Free Telecom, leases a network of mobile carriers to provide the same quality communications services at low cost and provides MVNO services of all three carriers.
